My therapeutic approach
When life feels unclear, heavy, or overwhelming, it can be difficult to know what we are feeling, what we need, or where to begin. In therapy, we explore this together – with calm, care, and openness.
My approach to therapy is relational and integrative. I work from the understanding that thoughts, emotions, the body, and relationships are deeply interconnected. Together, we explore both present challenges and past experiences, and how these may be influencing you today. I place emphasis on strengthening your connection to your emotions, bodily signals, and inner needs, so that you can develop greater self-understanding and a sense of safety within yourself.
I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can be fully yourself – including the parts that feel vulnerable, unclear, or difficult to put into words. The pace of therapy is adapted to your needs, and we focus on what feels most important to you here and now.
Therapy is about supporting you through what feels painful or challenging, helping you come closer to yourself, and enabling you to live more in alignment with what truly matters to you. Change often happens in small steps – through increased awareness, new perspectives, and a safe therapeutic relationship from which to explore life.
What you can expect in therapy with me

- Finding a greater sense of safety within yourself and in relationships
- Strengthening awareness of your needs and boundaries
- Developing deeper self-understanding, self-compassion and inner calm
- Making choices that reflects your values and wishes
Walking therapy
I offer walk-and-talk therapy because walking side by side can for some make it easier to open up, reflect, and process emotions. Being outdoors adds a calming, grounding element to the session.
Whether you’re more comfortable outside or find sitting face-to-face overwhelming, this approach offers a gentle, supportive space for our therapeutic work.
We’ll agree on where to go for a walk. Whether in the city or in nature — all depending on where you’re comfortable.
